What was once a tired 1980s builder-grade facade now shines in this University City neighborhood. By removing the clutter and accentuating its simplified form, the home begins to take on a new verticality.

A sweeping, geometric concrete patio was added, grounding the two-part facade with purpose. The homeowners were able to keep their existing windows and with a thoughtful painting strategy, we gave them a new life.
